Our party made a trip to Very Fair Seafood Cuisine to sample geoduck.
Here is what we had:
- geoduck 2 ways. This is a large clam harvested on the west coast. Served sashimi style, and fried with a batter. This was great! It should be a regular rotation on your eats list when it is available.
- Suckling Pig Strips - tender juicy meat with the crispiest skin that anyone could ask for
- Soy Sauce Chicken - a great rendition here
- Abalone with goose feet was enjoyed by all
- beef in Maggi sauce was quite good, one of the best compared to other places
- ubiquitous Mango flavoured jello pieces for desert
So there you have it, Very Fair Seafood Cuisine is very nice indeed!
