I thought I posted this a few months ago but apparently not. This is about the Pana Venezuelan food truck/ stall in Santa Cruz. The truck parks itself at the same parking lot as the Westside farmers’ market on Sundays. (not sure about other days). And there’s also a food court location downtown.
Long story short, go for the pabellon. The truck is better with the arepa dough, the food court location is better with the filling. The truck arepas are bigger. Either way, they are enjoyable.
