Didn’t they raise their prie fixe like $60 $70 when they got the first star? Here comes the ** premium.

I have not been to Cala’s dinner service, but I am curious how people like them, vs Californios, since both are higher end Mexican.

In Situ’s star perplexes me a little bit. Food may be good, but isn’t it from other people’s recipes?

I wonder how many of those on a list gets a revisit every year. Its pretty pricey to get a meal in any of these places.
