Sales meeting in Chicago

So 10 of us will be in Chicago for a sales meeting. We thought about Top Golf and similar “team building” activities, but we are all north of 50ish and having a great meal might be better.

Frontera, Gene & Georgetti, and the Eater list of Michelin stars have been thrown out…anybody have a recent suggestion? I haven’t been in Chicago for 10 years, and the pandemic has upended my list of favorites.

Suggestions?

We second Gene and Georgetti for a group of ten.

I asked my brother (lives in Chicago, former Executive Chef at Pops for Champagne) for his current recs a few months ago when a friend was there for a similar biz trip - here’s his list:

Porto
Brindille
The Duck Inn
Esme
Elske
Rootstock
Roister
Lula Cafe
Oriole
The Loyalist
Monteverde
S.K.Y.

My friend ended up arranging for his team to go to Roister, which apparently was a big hit with everyone. I don’t know if all of these are suitable for a party of 10 (I think my friend had 6), but I would imagine most can accommodate.
