I think I’ve tried 3 of their higher end bottles (including the 12), but I think this holiday season will give me an excuse to buy some different ones to try for dinners. I’m not a fan of their lower tier offerings though.
Off topic: while I applaud the LCBO in bringing in more sake and training their staff for the new offerings, it still feels a bit nascent. At one location the staff tends to recommend the expensive bottles “XXX’s pick” when I thought there were better bottles at a lower price range available in-store.
