So many good roles. But Mr. Bennett he will always be.
Donald Sutherland was one of those actors who always turned in a great performance even when the production itself was a real stinker, much the same as Gene Hackman. A consummate pro.

When I was in my 30’s- 40’s I would occasionally sit under his caricature at Sardi’s in nyc theater district and laugh as I was approached by countless tourists asking for “ my “ autograph. The staff was always amused. RIP Donald Sutherland

If pressed to name my top 10 movies of all time, he would be represented in Don’t Look Now. This is one of the great book to great movie adaptations.

One of the scariest movies I saw as a kid (including the lengthy sex scene 
). Really well done.
And I took notes. Explains a lot! Of course, my first crush was Morticia Adams and then Elvira.
