Rumour has it, gangs in Canada like to use ’ hired guns ’ from across the border and vice versa…easy to escape and hard to trace!
In this case, the target was supposed to be an upstairs unit, directly above Richmond Court, inside the mall. Gangster torched the wrong unit and actually returned the next night to finish the job?!
