I did reach out to them, as @Curlz suggested. I spoke of the wierd knife placement and the inedible “filet” and the USDA Prime Burger.
I got a nice email back from the General Manager. She apologized about the visit, and said that they would like to make it right by offering a discount on a future visit. I’m happy they know about the problems, and I’m happy I got a response from them.
Needless to say, I’m not planning another visit.
