Did anyone see this special on the Food Network? It was actually very good. It was produced by Guy Fieri, who has done a lot of good work raising money for the restaurant industry. We may have laughed at him on Food Network but he is an admirable man. Anyway, it follows four chefs through the pandemic, from March when it hit to, maybe September. The chefs are Christian Petroni, Marcus Samuellson, Antonia Lofaso and Maneet Chauhan, and the stories at times had me in tears. It was interesting to see the different approaches each took to deal with all the problems. Its definitely worth watching if you can get it on demand.

FN is as bad as ESPN about not letting their content be seen outside of cable, which I’m not likely to get in this lifetime. Too bad, because this actually looks interesting.
