- 四姐 Noodle Express is a new venture of the The Four Sisters Group (四姐), which runs Special Noodles in Fremont , Milpitas , Newark, Pleasanton , Richmond Annex/99 Ranch , and San Jose has several Hunan items on their menus.
- Dumpling and Dough (San Carlos) menu mentions some Beijing items. A Yelper says the owner owns Redwood City’s Redwood Bistro, which at one point at least had a chef from Leshan, Sichuan
- M Dumpling (Fremont) Taiwanese + XLB, SJB, etc.
- I-Shanghai Delight (Santa Clara), apparently opened earlier in 2024
