It was a mass shooting at Piper Arms Scarborough Town Centre on the very night of its grand opening. Such a tragic story for everyone. It took years to open and seconds to shutter it forever.

I didn’t realize the Pipers Arms in Scarborough was inside the Old Scott House space. I went to a couple bridal showers at the Old Scott House about 17 years ago.
The Pipers Arms in south London looks like the same kind of building that could house a Tony Roma’s, Crabby Dicks, or Jack Astor’s.
