Just a heads-up on this movie, about famous ramen chefs in Japan. It’s okay, I guess, but not a great documentary.

Saw it on the plane yesterday. These young ramen chefs are extreme. Also featured are older ramen cooks who make old-fashioned ramen styles.
Made some screenshots of names and places in case I go there in the future. But I’m not the type who wants to queue for hours…
