We enjoyed a spectacular dinner at Ram and Rooster including Duck; beef cheeks; taro fritter; mackerel crudo; grilled sunchokes with ginger crab; salt bread with Szechuan peppercorn butter; Hokkaido scallop; chocolate sorbet; lemon cake; and gai mei cookie for dessert. It all went great with an excellent cabernet and Malbec. The menu at the end gives all of the details.
The chef is a true artist, the way he combines the various ingredients and textures. Every bite is just a party in your mouth.
This is definitely one of the top restaurants in NJ.
