Had a nostalgic taste for prime rib the other night. Does anyone know of a restaurant that still does this in Monmouth county (Rumson/FH/Red Bank area?) other than Pour House?
I suspect it’s not what you had in mind, but Texas Roadhouse serves prime rib.

Check Seagrass in Ocean Grove I know they post about it. They tend to do it in the off season
The Brass Rail Bar & Grill, in Matawan, specializes in Prime Rib. A whole section of their menu is dedicated to it. We’ve never eaten there, so I can’t vouch for how good it is.

I haven’t been there since the pandemic etc. but I use to have several lunch appointments there and it was always “good”. Nothing gourmet going on here but yeah, it’s a prime rib kind of place, I would think they would do a good job with it.

I am a Prime Rib aficionado. The Outback Steakhouse in my town does a good job with roast Prime Rib. Sure, it’s not USDA Dry Aged Prime but it a USDA Choice grade that is slow roasted. Good and the price is right.

I recall reading on this board that Four Winds in Manasquan has good prime rib…a bit out of bounds of the OP’s desired area…
