Press in Napa!

Wow! We used to go often when it was a steak place.


My neighbor on Cape Cod has a grandson who went to culinary school here and moved to California over the summer for a job at Press. She posted today about him on FB today. He is “Chef de Partie” there and she is so thrilled for him! He’s just starting out and how lucky for him to land there.


He would be ‘one of the Chef de Partie’. There are multipel line cooks a t a restaurant like Press regardless it is great to get a Michelin starred restaurant on your résumé.
