Potato chip flavors all over the world

In India - tikka masala flavour corn chips

Ive been happy to see all dressed pop up in the states lately. I went to Canada years ago and became a bit enamored with them. I think the flavor is differently engineered to be a bit too similar to bbq but still a yummy flavor. Def comes in clutch when the stoner in me needs the fix lol

All Dressed Ruffles became a very big deal in Canada around 1985. I taste a bit of bacon, salt and vinegar and BBQ chip flavours going on when I take a bite.

I really liked them as a kid. I tried a bag when I had a combo pack of small bags, and they no longer do it for me.

Ketchup chips, Salt and Vinegar chips, and Dill Pickle chips are also common across Canada.

Roast Chicken chips and Hickory Sticks are popular in the Maritimes and Newfoundland, and are occasionally offered in other parts of Canada.

People who like Ketchup chips love them. I take part in a gift exchange where we spend $100 on treats and donate $100 to a local food bank. One recipient was wanted wine and ketchup chips, so that’s what I got her!

At Singapore airport.

For quite some time, Royce, a Japanese chocolate company, has been making these. Good balance.

Here’s a new one to me.

I’ll pass. I have never had durian, but on more than one occasion I’ve walked past the pile of them at my local Asian megamart and reflexively checked my shoes to see what I stepped in.

I found a 65 gram bag of Dill Pickle and Cool Ranch Doritos

They were pretty good. I would buy them again, although I prefer regular Cool Ranch, Sweet Heat or Zesty Cheese Doritos.

I did not like Neal Brothers Mexican Street Corn Chips too much. I would not buy them again.

Brought by our pesca buddy to our poker game last night. We didn’t open them for fear the “special sauce” would splatter everywhere…

Anyone try these?

Well I guess we’ll have to open them at our next game and find out what that speshul sawce is all about

Is it supposed to be Big Mac special sauce? Because that’s just basically Thousand Island dressing.

McD’s ‘special sauce’ does not include ketchup. Their list of ingredients suggests that the pink color comes from paprika.

I have absolutely no idea. Only way to find out is to have some, and chips are not part of our daily diet, so y’all will have to wait till our next poker game.

And today at the Jine Iggle:

Bc Mike’s hot honey has to be added to absolutely every single product

i’m 100% convinced BM sauce also has horseradish, next you time you taste pay attention

They’ve shared the ingredients in the past (horseradish is relatively expensive, so unlikely)

  • Mayo
  • Yellow Mustard
  • Pickle Relish
  • White Wine Vinegar
  • Garlic Powder
  • Onion Powder
  • Paprika

Guk Sauce from Lick’s in Toronto was a popular special sauce, too.

Anyone try these? Boulder brand is usually very good but I picked the dill pickle by accident, a huge bag from Costco. I think I’ll open the bag when a bunch of people are around, camping or visitors. Good until Sept.
