A couple that we often dine with have been raving about Porcini. It’s about time that my DW & I tried this BYOB on Bay Ave. We had a late reservation for 4 this past Friday & were promptly seated. There was a great sounding swordfish special that tempted me, but I decided to go with something off of the regular menu:
Cavatelli - sweet Italian sausage, garlic, broccoli rabe, peppers, chilies, white wine parmesan broth
All I can say is “Top notch!”
The ladies went with salads & a crab cake with Asian slaw, chili-garlic aioli. My friend had the chicken special that I can’t recall. We will surely return!
