Just followed a link from the NYT of all places to Poggio. Their posted dinner menu looks so wonderfully delicious. I could eat each of the antipasti, for instance. Anybody been recently?
They are on my regular rotation. I particularly like the monthly bargain Tuesday prix fixes they offer – an outstanding deal – and their bollito misto dinners to make a cold, rainy, winter night so much nicer. Eating at a later hour, the size of the restaurant ensures a quiet, civilized experience. Be sure to start of with a Tony Negroni made by bartender Tony.
