This café restaurant is located close to S21 Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, it was on our way before the museum visit. We picked this as we saw many people eating. We had quite a hard time ordering food, as the restaurant people tried to find somebody to communicate to us (but in vain). Actually they had English in their menu, we also ordered some food by pointing at other people’s dishes.
Turned out that the food was quite okay. Perfect for a small meal.
Menu has Chinese, as well as English.
