Stéphane Manigold/Eclore took over bistrot Phébé in late 2024 and redid it as this place. There’s some good and some not-so-good. My report is here.
I am guessing the name is from Adrienne Chez la Vielle? That was quite a place in its heyday.
That rabbit terrine looks outrageous. The first thing to suffer in the US is the terrines. Here they always look polite and healthy. And taste it.
And a tender bavette is quite the trick, any idea on how she pulled it off? Not that I’m interested in ordering one, but maybe at home…..
Yes, Chez la Vieille - Adrienne, rue de l’Arbre Sec. I believe Eclore owns the premises or at least the lease, but last time I was by there, it didn’t look like anything was happening.
No idea what she did for a tender bavette, even more notable because L ordered it à point.
