It’s very tricky to have to adjust the spice mix for one type of meat to cook another. I still remember my experience at Meet The Porkers, a North Indian restaurant specializing in pork dishes here in KL. We were so looking forward to having a new, novel experience - but turned out, NOTHING tasted right!
