I went there once and got a seat at the counter. A single woman next to me got a huge serving of Peking Duck, perfect crisp skin, with a big pile of the buns. I really wanted to ask her for one, but didn’t want to be impolite. Later, the waiter was taking their time picking up my credit card, and it turned out that the woman worked there. She grabbed the card and processed it herself. If I’d know that she worked there, I certainly would have asked for some duck.
