Patsy opened in October 2025 in the space formerly occupied by Pastore. It has fresh, seasonal cooking that is a combination of French and Italian influences, and prices are in the medium-range (34/38€ for 2/3 course lunch). I very much enjoyed my meal there, and my write-up is here.
