Magnum 150cl, not far from Parc Monceau, in 75017, they have Norwegian omelette on their menu. A new place opened since January 2023. Personally haven’t been there, good review from someone who has visited the restaurant. Featured “forgotten” dishes mostly considered as outdated, like Vol-au-vent, was heartily recommended.

Ah, Paris restaurants love to follow whatever is the latest trend (e.g., the ubiquitous gougères). The “forgotten” vol-au-vent is on the carte at Les Parisiens and we were recently offered it at Parcelles.

I see that Aux Crus de Bourgogne has omelette norvégienne on its current summer menu.
