Hubby and I are going to Paris for 10 days in August 2026. We’ve not been in 10 years, and would LOVE suggestions in (a) great cocktail bars, and (b) great tasting menues.
Happy to spend good money on a meal, but not just for a name - we’d really appreciate any suggestions of great experiences people have had!

I suggest you check onzieme’s posts on this board for restaurants with tasting menus (not cocktail bars). His reviews are detailed and honest. He posts the same reviews on his blog

Just a word of caution, many of the smaller places are closed for the month of August..
