Hello HOs - as posted in an earlier post, we have been trying to get a time at Parcelles for some time and by chance, checked today at 2:15 PM PDT / 11:15 PM CEST (Paris time) and were unexpectedly successful for Monday May 5th.
As a result, I suspect the reservations are released each night at 11:00 PM for the next day.
