I used to be able to buy pre-cooked octopus at Seafood Center on Clement, but have not seen it there in a long time. Is there someplace that you know of and whose product you can recommend in central SF?
You might want to check some of the larger Asian grocery stores. 99Ranch carries it in vacuum-sealed pkgs in their refrig section (not frozen), so some mfg is making it available through retail outlets.
