What’s your favorite Mexican restaurant in the Coachella Valley?
Mine is Plaza Garibaldi in Coachella. They make their delicious Al Pastor on a spit like Gyro. They also do great goat Birria, both as a stew and dry with a cup of soup, a pile of chopped onions and cilantro and home made corn tortillas. But my favorite is Lengua with green sauce, rice and beans and home made tortillas. Be prepared to point at the menu as sometimes there is not an English speaking wait person there there.
