Out of the ordinary Christmas day lunch (Westchester)

This year my family is doing things a little different for Christmas. We are doing our usual meatball Christmas Eve dinner but on Christmas Day we want to go out to lunch. Nothing fancy and no expensive set menus-- something untraditional and casual yet a little festive is what we are after. I know Chinese is the obvious answer but I’m looking for some other ideas of places that may be open on Christmas Day. Any thoughts of places? I will call to confirm openings and post back in case anyone else is looking for something similar! Thanks in advance!

Not sure how many of them would be open, but one of the “Littles” in Mt Kisco & Pleasantville. (Little Kebab Station, Little Mumbai Market, Little Drunken Chef) might be what you’re looking for. Little Drunken Chef may be particularly festive.

Go to OpenTable.com, choose 12/25 and see what comes up for Westchester.
