Very dry. 7.2 alcohol.
I loved it. Don’t like sweet ciders.
Apple Outlaw is a local cider company; this is produced just for our co-op in Ashland.
Have you tried this Apple cider? Not quite as dry as yours I think, but also from many varieties of apples.

I have a look at Eric Bordelet’s website, it says this bottle can accompany cheeses and is suitable for aging. Interesting.
