I hit a bunch of Willamette Valley wineries during Thanksgiving a few years back - super fun, most wineries had opened houses with food, bands, etc. Glad I had a designated driver.

Bringing back memories, thank you.

I love Oregon. The winery I like best and still buy wine from is

if you’re the thirsty or “size matters” type get a jeroboam!

I need to try the wineries in the Rogue River area. I went to school at Willamette and drove that part of I-5 often. It is breathtakingly beautiful in a snow. I look forward to a report as to which wineries to hit there. My favorite everyday affordable PN is Firesteed, and I believe their grapes include the Rogue.

My favorite tasting room in the WV is Sokol Blosser. My favorite wineries are too numerous to name, but two musts for me are The Eyrie (for David Lett’s role in Oregon wine a PG that is off the charts, and so many other great wines) and the incomparable Patricia Green, may she too rest in peace.
