I have a reservation for dinner at Oktobre in Paris.
In their internet page menu they show the tasting menu and individual dishes, so my question is very simple: When you dine with them, do you have to oder the 6 course dinning menu? Can you just order individual plates?

No. As you say, the website shows a tasting menu priced at €75 and a short carte, listing dishes priced individually. Your choice which route you travel - menu or carte.

Make sure to order the Zors (well now just “Hors”) d’oeuvres, their signature and the single biggest reason I return.
Pretty positive it would be part of the tasting menu, but I just ordered it as my entrée.
