I haven’t been yet but a friend went at the end of last week (I guess they were doing a soft open) and said the chicken was really good, felt the menu didn’t offer a lot of options . . . I think they had the chicken strips (if memory serves). I can’t get there this week, maybe next - I’m curious.

I’m hoping to get takeout sometime within the next two days. We’re eyeing the chicken and the halloumi sandwiches and a few starters/sides. I’ll report back, although I know takeout isn’t the ideal way to check it out for the first time.

not sure if it means an opening is imminent, but Colette Bakery in the old Italo Bakery spot in Medford put up their signage yesterday.

Battle Road in Maynard has closed (I think as of 2 weeks ago or so).
It had been on a downhill slide for the last year in operation. Still, it’s a bummer for us, as we enjoy going out to Maynard and it was one of the first restaurants we could actually enjoy taking spring onion to. B liked the beer quite a bit, especially the 1775.
