Well, since I’m looking to get into the coffee field (as hopefully a taster or something similar), maybe I’ll live forever. :laughing:

But seriously, they’re spot on about having as little cream or sugar as you can possibly tolerate, so try to either make your own coffee or find a place that doesn’t produce burnt roasts that you have to doctor to make drinkable. A small cup of black coffee has about 5 calories.
