FYI in my Yahoo mail account (yes I still use Yahoo mail) Hungryonion notification emails are going to the spam folder.
You have to fix this on your end by adding the Hungry Onion email address to your Yahoo mail contact list.

Ah thanks, yeah that should work. Also raising in case there is something HO can do w/their email settings/provider.
You can also try flagging the mail as ‘Not Spam’ with Yahoo. (I recall Google or Yahoo has a button for that). That may help train Yahoo’s software to not accidentally think that its spam. Probably some users previously thought its spam and clicked the spam button too many times.
