Thanks for posting this. I was just reading the Serious Eats article on Lao food over the weekend and went looking around. I found a Lao truck but our most well known Thai/Lao place is currently closed to relocate to a larger space. Other than that it appears to be just scattered menu items here and there. (Houston)

I had heard that the metroplex has a lot of Laosy food.
