I ate there today: #8 (originally #10, as on the menus shown at the top of this thread) and their #1 (always #1, in every sense). The #8 are their wontons in chili oil, the oil and toppings as tasty as I recalled, but the fillings in the dumplings a little on the dry side. Given that nobody ordered from that menu today at Dragon Bowl while I was there (15 minute wait for food and about 20 minutes eating it), I was hoping the dryishness didn’t reflect an excessively long time in the freezer. The #1 was still very good, but overly generous with the noodles. That’s a fault for heavy noodles such these. Having too many makes the bottom ones glue together even while still hot, in turn making it hard to properly stir the vinegar, etc., up from the bottom and the chili oil down from the top. A less hefty serving would be better even at close to $15 (up only by about $3 from their pricing 7 years ago). Still an excellent dish, though.
