There’s a new restaurant opening in Nanuet. It is a chain, but looks interesting. http://www.noodles.com/menu/ Kind of like a Panera meets Stir Crazy. No clue when it’s opening, but it’s definitely moving.
They’ve been opening Maya locations in the northeast. Just okay food, but they do a good job of putting nutritional info on the menu, so it is possible to eat a relatively healthy, diet-conscious meal there.
I’ll give it a go. Some dishes equal a days worth of calories.
