NOLA - The Joint, lunch, 4/2/2016

New Orleans is not a city with a tradition of barbecue, but The Joint will satisfy anyone’s cravings. Located in the Bywater, it is the best BBQ I’ve found in NOLA, and always satisfies! Don’t miss the spare ribs or the pulled pork, but the brisket, the links, and the chicken are wonderful, too, as are the sides . . . they’ve good great beer on tap and a full bar, too. The sauce is not too sweet, nor too vinegary (though it certainly leans more towards Carolina than, say, Memphis).
