Nice video from Chris Young comparing pacojet to creami
Ninja…fied sorbets…tangerine (David Lebovitz) and strawberry-lemon, (NYT). Both of these are “scoopable” several days after making, and if they are not, you have the option to respin them, which takes about one minute.
I don’t know what it is. I haven’t been following this thread. But this is a nice looking sorbert.
Well thank you!
That’s gorgeous. Caved on a creami this summer. We are enjoying it! Nothing fancy, but I’ve become addicted to a lighter coffee ice cream and the other half is enjoying chocolate p-nut butter. It’s nice to have on hand whenever the mood strikes.
Mine is now three years old, I love it. If you like sorbets, David Lebovitz has an excellent tangerine sorbet on his website. I’ve been using TJ ‘s juice in the refrigerated section.
I like making them in advance and then “spinning” them the day of use, takes some experimenting to find the combos you like best!
So far the only sorbet we tried was the canned pineapple, (only canned pineapple and it’s juice)
, and it was amazing! Hard to believe it could be that refreshing and good. It does take some experimenting, each one gets a bit better.
