Since my daughter and I love good cannoli, she decided to treat us to one today at newish place in Dogpatch area, parking was HARD.
2 Pistachio ones, pricey, about $15. On the good side, they were NOT too sweet BUT I’ve definitely had better and this won’t be a repeat for me.
How big are they - hard to see from the picture without comparison?
I’d eaten over half of it so I took what was left out of fridge and measured it. I’d say total length was at least 6", maybe 7".
I just thought the filling didn’t have a rich, tasty flavor like the ones from Modern, in Boston, for example. It’s edible but not craveable, in my opinion.
