The author, Wasington Post writer Tamar Haspel, was on a Boston radio show today. She wrote a partly funny, partly profound account of what happened when she and her husband decided to raise, hunt, fish, and forage as much of their food as they could. It was an entertaining segment; I look forward to perusing the book. Not sure if there are recipes but tend to think not.
