I thought it’s been out for a while? I love noodles more than any other food, probz, so I’m looking forward to watching.
Probz best to have a decent meal beforehand, lest one gets out the pasta pot

Me too. I caught a very interesting show on YouTube the other day about the history of noodles. The channel has lots of other good stuff, mainly around SE Asian food

It’s great. Love the 4 chefs they highlight and glad that it’s 2 Italian pasta chefs (one in Italy and the other in LA) and two Asian chefs. Also happy they’re moving away from their Michelin chefs with the tasting menus and tweezers.
