Yeah, but here’s when mushrooms get tricky and even dangerous. When we use common terms like “prince” or “button” we have potential issue as different places use different common names. So, now we’re crossing up a “prince” which, where I live, is agaricus augustus, as opposed to a big pleurotus ostreatus. Two VERY different mushrooms with the “prince” moniker. Never trust the common names; they’re not consistent.
