Very rich, very good and easy enough for mid-week. Served with garlicky, lemony broccolini.

The recipe for fusilli alla vodka, can this be correct, to serve four persons:

3.5 cups heavy cream
5 tubes tomato paste
2 sticks butter

Rich, indeed!!!
