Full confession - I watch much too much food shows and videos. From Guy Fieri to unknown foodie vlogs, I love it all, especially the ones that transport you to the restaurants they feature. I recently found this guy and can whole-heartedly recommend all his videos. Definitely watch the one from the Grotto restaurant in Italy.

I saved the cave restaurant to my Pinterest site, and it’s gotten more saves than any of the good recipes I’ve accumulated. Puglia is on our list, and I can’t wait for the pandemic to go away. Thanks for the tip about Euro Trotter.
