Mr. Cs in Allenhurst is being replaced by the owners of Spring Lake Seafood. They plan on gutting it and opening for next summer.

The “original” Reef Club at the bottom of 36 and Ocean Ave was an old haunt of mine. I received the bid package for this, so I know the minimum they had to pay, to gut the place on top of that is going to be a MAJOR investment. Good luck to them, I look forward to seeing their final product.

So funny - I just drove over there on Tuesday as I came back from a mtg in Long Branch and I wondered when they were going to announce something!
