Agree with Eiron. They gave me the email address to use with Paypal, and that was that. I followed up with an email repeating my shipping address. Got a call (message) saying about when the pots would ship. Really, it was pretty straightforward. Just in this day and age of entering your CC number and hitting the checkout button it seemed a bit old fashioned. But the pots are worth it.
Not at all. Sized right, the lids’ lips (edges?) extend slightly past the pots’ rims, just like an included copper lid would.
