We have NOT tried this restaurant yet; didn’t find out about it until late on our spring 2025 trip to Monterey/Carmel:

I heard from a few people that they are quite good for classical Bavarian/German dishes but you have to have a reservation and they often don’t accept walk-ins. They also close the kitchen quite early (before 8)
