Have looked at 6-10 places (Perception, Hemicycle , Eunoe, and others) trying to find some place interesting open Mon for dinner. We’re staying near Luxembourg/St Sulpice side but maybe we need to travel to eat something interesting on a Mon evening. Ideally max 100 euro pp, little less is good too Partner is pescetarian and we’re not interested in traditional classic French, italian or non fusion asian. Suggestions
Check Le Fooding guide - they have a nice filter to see what’s open on Monday.
I would consider Ze Kitchen Galerie - 5 course 105 euro per person (option for Pêche du jour for main) and a nice walk from St Sulpice.
Géméllus is open Monday evening; their 5-course tasting menu is 100€ (of course wine will put you well over). Based on our lunch (report imminent), it will be worth it.
Those are both wonderful suggestions. Thank you both. Excited about having great options. Is Gemellus accommodating to non meat eaters ?- partner eats fish but no meat
I can’t say for certain as we had no restrictions, but they are quite solicitous, and if you mention this while reserving, they should be able to accommodate. That’s an easy one, I think.
ask them when making a reservation. I have done in in many paris restaurants that have tasting menus and have never been turned down.
For sure Ze Kitchen Galerie accommodates pescatarians (eaten there with one), and almost certain Géméllus would as well. I think if you have never eaten there, Ze Kitchen Galerie would edge out Géméllus for me. It’s a classic and started a whole genre of cooking, is fish and veggie focused and I think would really appeal to your partner.
